Call screening, glare and cartoons for inkscape
April 13
In continuity with the previous post I share these packs of filters that are produced by the same author but had overlooked. It includes a collection specifically for glare or lighting effects and a collection for flames, smoke and particles, personally I love these.
To use, you must import the svg file in our work area, then select the object to which you want to filter. Go to the top menu of filters and filter editor finally there appear and can be activated with the checks you want.

This compendium of 31 textures of notebook paper, it is very good because it brings together different types of paper and are available in resolutions really big around 2500px and jpg and png formats. The author states that can be used for either personal or commercial projects, which is great.

4 recommended sites to find textures
February 13
The use of textures in either graphic design or web printed material goes out of style yet, which is why it's always good to have on hand websites that we serve as resources for finding the right texture and that is also free.
There are many specialty sites, some better than others, but in this post I will try to share that I think are the best. Agradecerií much through their comments to share some links related to this topic.
Create textures in gimp funds
Aug 12
It is currently very fashionable to use noise or grainy textures, both on websites and in graphic design in general. Sites like css-tricks.com are examples.
Many think that to achieve such effects is difficult, but with gimp are three small steps to have our own textured backgrounds using the filter "noise".
Vector Collection of funds
Mar 15
Excellent collection of abstract backgrounds from vectors designed. For each of the packages are different combinations of colors and shapes. Best of all, are also available in SVG source files.
We appreciate the work of dragonartz.net for sharing your work.
