On a personal level know inkscape had the ability to create fonts, but thanks to the tutorial cleversomeday can discover this potential.
The tutorial explains how to assign each figure to each letter and then as our svg transfomer a standard font format as ttf.
The only drawback is presented in English language, but the steps are shown clearly.
